CORONA19 & Options for Indian Community in Korea

Dear Fellow Indians,
Namaste!
As Korea fights with the CORONA our minds are also filled with fear and doubts because we are fighting the invisible. We do not trust the very air which gives life to us. Acknowledging the current situation and its prolonged impact here are few options we can do to keep our morale up to fight this:
1. Stay Alert but REFRAIN from Fear Instilling News: Take maximum precautions which are covered by Mr. Sudhakar Shah earlier in this group. Do what we can do best to protect ourselves and families. When people have a crisis situation like this our questioning mind takes back seat and we are vulnerable to believe any information thrown to us. More and more people are engaged to this page in search of quality information, whatever we share is going to have an impact on many people already stressed out there. Before sharing any info please ask:
WILL IT HELP TO ALERT OR CREATE NERVOUSNESS?
The least help we can do to our people is by refraining from the news which fall in second category.

2. Accept the Reality & Change in Lifestyle: The current chaos is temporary but forecasted to be considerable long. JP Morgran has forecasted it to peak in March end with 10000 infections. Which means our level of anxiety is going to be up by every day. It requires our acknowledgement and mental preparedness to deal with the same. Though many of us settled well in Korea but current situation demands change in our lifestyles. Change is the need of the hour. For people who have to stay indoors can focus on their hobbies. Believe me watching TV and being glued to mobiles for any CORONA update is going to add more stress.
Doing Yoga, Mediation, playing with kids, reading books for self, reading books to kids etc. activities could be refreshing.
3. Going Back to India: With the numbers increasing exponentially we have an easy option to flee back to India. Reading messages in this group at the immigration in India we have to give health declaration and get our fever checked. Based on this we will be entering. We do not know our own condition so we can be risking our near and dear ones at India. People have different time span to show the symptoms. In Korea with each passing day the country is gearing up with measures to tackle this. Generally people already have awareness about this and many protocols are already set. God forbid if some untoward thing happens we can deal here better without risking our families in India. We can have faith in Indian Embassy that they will do the needful when the right time comes.
At last, because the threat is invisible so it could be wise to have more faith in invisible which is the supreme.
People with high fever and respiratory issues are PROHIBITED to enter the normal hospitals to avoid the infections to other people. Rather they need to get the consultation through call center and follow their directions to go the designated hospitals for managing CORONA19 infected people.
